Sunday morning training cancellation and new junior fitness training time

Due to the Forres meet on the 1st weekend of March, all Sunday morning training is cancelled on 3rd March.

Thereafter junior fitness training on a Sunday will return to the original time of 9am. It is hoped that this will improve attendance and allow the coaches to concentrate on fitness alone at this time. A and B squad will continue to train at 7.30am.

This will start on 10th March.
